Laughlin Community Information

The $7.5 million project is located along El Mirage Way/James Bilbray and include improvements to 6.8 miles of roads in five neighborhoods. The project consists of the installation of a storm drain and roadway pavement removal and replacement. Work also includes sidewalk ramps, ADA curbs, signage and striping.

The initial schedule of work hours is 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Lane restrictions will be in place as the work progresses over the next several months with message boards to advise motorists of traffic control changes. During the first week of work, El Mirage Way from Needles Highway to Banyon Drive will have one lane with flaggers helping to direct traffic flow.
